Diversifying income sources via regional expansion

Armed with an understanding of Asian customers' unique preferences for diamonds and gemstones jewellery, DeGem has deftly and strategically positioned itself for direct regional expansion into Singapore, Brunei and Hong Kong. In 2010, the Group expanded its operations in Singapore with the opening of the second DeGem brand boutique at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands integrated resort, which is also the newest tourist attraction in Singapore.

DeGem's design and distribution unit continues to stamp its mark in the international arena via its participation in trade exhibitions held all over the world. In line with its long term plan of becoming an acclaimed regional jeweller, DeGem is always on the lookout for opportunities to expand its operations to other countries in the region.
